Shipping policy

Bassgum.io does not offer refunds, all sales are final, We will however confirm with your products / items via email/phone/text before we ship the products to make sure you are happy with your order.  All our products are custom made to order and require materials, ink, vinyl, time and labor to process each product.

 

USPS First Class & USPS Priority Mail packages can run late or miss their expected arrival times due to weather and other factors out of our (bassgum.io) control we always recommend you give yourself a couple of days before you need your products in hand.

Please add your phone number as your primary source of contact for us to text or call you when your cutline approval is ready to review so we can print, process and ship your order immediately!

Email notifications may end up in your promotion, social or spam folders and can sometimes be missed or overlooked. Rates are subject to change via our third party provider prices.  All shipping rates are before tax and applied discounts.  

Speedyslaps.com offers free shipping when you spend $99 or more for our products to residents in the United States. *All products are processed during normal business hours from 6 am to 9 pm EST Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.
